  • Eco-friendly/ Green Buildings will benefit the community at large with improvement in environmental by reducing GHS (Green House Gas) emission, thereby reducing Global Warming.
  • Energy efficiency solar Buildings are constructed based on techniques of solar passive design with a view to provide comfortable living and working condition both in winter and summer.
  • These building can be integrated with renewable energy and energy conservation devices and system and can save over 30% to 40% of conventional energy that is used for lighting, cooling or heating.

    		Preparation of concept designing. Preparation of project report along with technical and economical feasibilities and cost benefit analysis.

    		Preparation of final designing drawings after discussion.

    		Preparation of working drawings including (a) Layout plan (b) setting out plan. Center line drawing (c) Floor plans, section and elevation (d) Landscaping drawing (f) drawings of Temple/ club house (g) Road section (h) Service planning and drawing (Water & sewerage)

    		Coordination with all landscape and service consultants or any other external agency and coordination during project implementation with EPC contractor.

    5

    		Approval of DPR/ Bank loaning for the project.

    6

    		Finalization of EPC contract and work commence.

    7

    		Supervision work on site and complete execution till the successful completion of project.

    		Monitoring of program of work as per schedule.

    		Certification of progressive bills of EPC contractor (for payment)

Capital subsidy for SPV installation for energy efficient solar building lighting is being provided to owner of the project by Ministry of New Renewable Energy (MNRE) under Jawahar Lal Nehru National Solar Mission, which facilitate implementation of your project through bank loaning by commercial Bank/ Regional Rural Banks.
